If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a serious genetic or congenital health issue within one year of purchase, we will offer a full refund or exchange the puppy for another available one, depending on the buyer’s preference and availability.

Refund Conditions

We offer a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Health Issues: If your puppy is diagnosed with a severe genetic or congenital health condition within one year of purchase, verified by a licensed veterinarian.
  2. Non-Matching Description: If the puppy received does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
  3. Death of Puppy: If the puppy dies due to a genetic or congenital defect within one year of purchase, verified by a licensed veterinarian.

Exclusions

The following situations are not covered under our refund policy:

  • Minor health issues or conditions that are easily treatable and do not significantly impact the puppy’s quality of life.
  • Health issues or injuries caused by accidents, neglect, or improper care after the puppy has been placed in the buyer’s home.

Returning the Puppy
